Sterling Celtic Crosses
Celtic crosses are beautiful religious symbols, with historic meaning as well.
Click here for pewter and costume crosses and gold crosses.
All of our sterling crosses are hang on sterling chains unless otherwise stated.
Please check the size of each piece carefully against a ruler before ordering. We give measurements of all jewelry pieces on this site so that you will know their size in advance; this will save disappointment, returning pieces, etc.

The sterling cross at left is an example of a simple style of Celtic cross; not all Celtic
crosses have intricate designs on them. Made by Rhiannon of Wales, maker of high-quality
jewelry; the cross design is the same front and back; we show the hallmarked side in the
photo. The cross is 1 3/16" high, not including the jump ring. On 20" chain. $42
We have this same cross in nine-carat gold at $115 on the gold
crosses page.
CSS46. Tiny
sterling cross stud earrings are 5/16" high; the posts and backs are also
sterling. Shown larger than actual size; please check size of these earrings on a ruler.
Made in Ireland. $16.
CSS48.
Antiqued sterling cross has a fine design of triscels, spirals and Celtic knots adorning
it. It hangs from a nice 20" chain. Size: the actual cross is 1 3/8" long,
not counting the hanging ring. We show it larger than it really is to show its fine
details; we suggest that you check this size against a ruler. Price: $25
We have two of this cross left, one on a box chain and one on a curb chain.
CSS49A: Antiqued sterling cross has a well-defined raised
design. The medium-sized cross is 1 3/8" high (not including ring). The bail (hanging
ring) on our new stock of these is wide, and has a Celtic knot on it. 24" sterling
medium-weight curb chain. $29 (We have one of these here on a 24" sterling snake
chain.)
Sale! CSS49B: Same design antiqued sterling cross, but larger. Cross is 2" high (not including ring), hangs on sterling 24" rope chain. Regular $35, on sale at $27.
CSS50:
Large pierced-design sterling cross has some thickness to it, making it a less delicate
piece than the smaller crosses, a nice he-man's cross! Cross is 1 7/8" long, not including the large hanging
ring. Although we show it on a black cord in the photo, our current ones are now on a
24" sterling curb chain; the cross hangs on a more delicate jump ring than the one in
the picture. $55
CSS51: St. David's cross, hand crafted by
Rhiannon of Wales. Sterling, 1 1/4" long on a 20" chain. $48.
CSS52. Beautiful medium cross, made in Ireland,
sterling with white enamel overlay.
1 3/8"(cross only), on 22" sterling chain. $34
CSS53. We have
just one left of this large and heavy solid sterling cross. The cross is 2 1/2" long,
not including the ring. $75 without chain. We can put this cross on a 24" snake chain
for $12 extra.
Sterling St. Brigit's cross: see our Irish jewelry page.
